Online Registration

To Become a member you must register online via the Amilia platform by accessing the store :

• directly at https://www.amilia.com/store/en/tennis-pincourt

• or via the intregrated shop at the bottom of this page 

The steps to follow:

1. Log into the Amilia platform with an existing account or by creating a new account

2. Choose the appropriate subscription (Adult or Child Membership)

3. Add the names of the people for each membership

   • take care to specify the date of birth for children  (< 18 years old)

4. Check your order, application of discounts, non-resident fees.

   • Make sure you enter the correct address and postal code to avoid paying the non-resident fee

League registration (singles or doubles):

• 1. press Continue Shopping and go to the Leagues tab

  2. add the activity to the order

5. Order your Electronic Key (this is a deposit and will be reimbursed when you return your electronic key)

6. Complete the order, verify your information and pay with your credit card. 

7. The receipt will be emailed to you and will provide you with membership numbers.

   • The last 5 digits of your membership number (which is a number starting with P) will serve as your court reservation number. 

8. Keys will be distributed on May 11, 2024 at 10h at the Omni Center, May 13th from 7pm-9pm at the tennis courts and Wednesday nights from 6:30pm-9:30pm at the tennis courts.
